Department of Administration:

Introduction

The Department maintains discipline in the work place for achieving the organizational objectives. The department ensures the day to day functioning of the Institute by coordinating, monitoring andcontrolling the systems and procedures. The department envisages strict adherence to rules and regulations in all the activities of the Institute. The main functions of the department has been divided through various sections like:

1.Personal,
2.Legal,
3.Maintenance,
4.Hindi,
5. Security and Sanitation

As on 31st March 2018 CRC, Rajnandgaon had total of 17 (Out of 19) Sanctioned contractual posts. During the year 4 staffs joined on year to year contract basis as one lecturer Physiotherapy, one Prosthetist & Orthotist & Two Clinical Assistants.

Though the Centre is located in a remote place & Staffs are cut off from the Professional activities & it encourages its staff to update their professional knowledge by deploying them for long courses, workshops, conferences/seminars/ All India Meet etc.

RTI:-

The institute continued to provide information under Right to Information (RTI) Act – 2005. RTI details are placed on Institute’s website. The following officers are nominated as:

  2. Central Public Information Officer :- (CPIO) Mr. Debashis Rout, Lecturer- OT

Department of Accounts:

Introduction

The Institute is fully funded by the Department of Disability Affairs, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Govt. of India. Accounts Department of the Institute keeps the records of the financial Transactions of the Institute. Pay Roll and day to day Accounts are maintained through software. The Department keeps the records of Grant in Aid received from the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India and the utilization of the same. This Department discharges a pivotal role in monitoring the financial transactions as per the laid down procedure of GFR and other guidelines issued by the Government of India. Compilation of Annual Accounts within the time frame and get the Accounts Audited by Comptroller & Auditor General of India is also an important function of the Department.
